General Terms and Conditions for Digital Downloads

These terms apply to the use of Print Profit Navigator — including the free calculator features, user accounts and project workspaces — as well as to the paid purchase of report credits, subscriptions and digital download products.

The service is primarily aimed at businesses, freelancers and commercial users (B2B). Consumer rights remain unaffected where consumers are admitted.

The contracting party is EFRIDA – Marketing Solutions, Traberhofstr. 99, 83026 Rosenheim, Germany. The Loom2Moon brand is not itself a contracting party.

The service may include: access to the web application, cost calculators and production-method comparisons (e.g. DTG, DTF, screen printing), project workspaces with scenarios and version comparison, a machine library, company profiles, change logs, shared project links and individually generated PDF reports with ROI, financing and sustainability estimates.

The exact scope, report allowance and term of the selected plan are shown on the pricing and checkout pages.

A user account is required for projects, reports and subscriptions. Access credentials must be kept confidential; you are responsible for activity carried out under your account.

Shared project links can be opened by anyone holding the link within the defined scope. You decide on their creation, roles and revocation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts in the event of material breaches of these terms, misuse or payment arrears.

You select the product, review the order summary, can correct input errors before submitting and place a binding order with the payment button. Payment is made via Stripe. You then receive an order confirmation and access to the download.

The final purchase button reads “Buy now for €4.99”.

The displayed final price for the download product is €4.99 in EUR. The price includes statutory VAT where applicable. VAT identification number: DE243264302.

Subscription prices apply per billing period and are shown on the pricing page. For cross-border EU orders with a valid VAT ID, the reverse-charge procedure may apply.

If you pay in another currency, conversion effects or fees charged by your payment provider may apply.

The available payment methods are provided through Stripe and shown during checkout. Only the methods actually offered there are available.

Invoices and payment receipts are made available for download in the billing area of the application.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until cancelled. Payment is collected at the start of each period using the stored payment method.

• You can cancel at any time in the billing area — either at the end of the period or with immediate effect.
• If you cancel at period end, access remains available until the effective date shown.
• A subscription can be resumed before the effective date.
• Report credits from one-off purchases do not expire with the billing period; monthly report allowances included in a subscription expire at the end of the respective period.
• If payments fail, features may be restricted after a reasonable grace period.

Prorated amounts for plan changes or immediate cancellation are shown as a preview before confirmation.

Delivery is made via the download page in the application, via a secured, time-limited download link and — where enabled — by transactional email.

• Download limit: up to 5 downloads per completed purchase.
• Access period: unlimited while the account exists.
• File format: PDF.
• Technical requirements: a current browser and a PDF viewer.
• You are responsible for saving the file.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to use the report for internal business evaluation, internal investment planning and discussions with advisers, financiers or equipment suppliers.

• Resale, public redistribution and sublicensing are prohibited.
• Removal of branding or copyright notices is prohibited.
• Automated extraction for competing services is prohibited.
• Making the file publicly available is prohibited.

Internal sharing within the purchasing company is permitted unless the selected product licence states otherwise.

For consumers the separate withdrawal information applies. Before immediate delivery we obtain two separate, unticked confirmations during checkout and document the wording, version, timestamp and order ID. Without the required consent, immediate performance is not started. Business customers have no statutory right of withdrawal.

In the event of corrupted files, inaccessible download links, incorrect report generation, duplicate charges or a missing order email, please contact eva@loom2moon.com. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, hosting, payment services or technical failures. Uninterrupted availability is not promised. Features may be further developed, replaced or discontinued as long as the agreed core functionality is preserved.

You can export your project data and reports as PDF or CSV at any time. After account deletion, content is removed once statutory retention periods have expired.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory statutory provisions including product liability law. For ordinary negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual duties, limited to the typical foreseeable damage. No liability is accepted for decisions based on calculator results.

Application content, calculation methodology, layout, branding, graphics and report templates remain protected unless expressly stated otherwise.

The privacy policy of this application applies. Payments and invoicing are handled by Stripe; account, project and report data are processed in our cloud infrastructure within the EU.

German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Please address any concerns to eva@loom2moon.com first.

The version valid at the time of purchase applies to that purchase. The accepted version is stored with the order. Changes affecting active subscriptions are announced at least 30 days before they take effect by email or in the application; if you do not object before the effective date, they are deemed accepted. We point out this right to object in the notice.

If a provision is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected. The statutory provision applies instead of the invalid provision.
